PHOENIX – DMX, aka Earl Simmons, was arrested in Arizona Tuesday for violating terms of his probation.
Maricopa County Adult Probation officers arrested Simmons because he was allegedly in possession of crack cocaine. He’s been charged with five counts of probation violation.
