Amerie Changes The Spelling Of Her Name To Something Stupid
Amerie has officially changed the spelling of her name to Ameriie.
The Grammy-nominated star, whose new album Cymatika Vol. 1 will be released next year, has added an extra ‘i’ to her name to reflect her “positive energy”.
The ‘Touch’ singer made an announcement about the name change to Rap Up and has since told fans the news via her Twitter page.
She wrote: “New twitter name @ItsAmeriie.”
Discussing her forthcoming record, she said: “I’m still in the studio right now, so the best thing I can say is it’s a very international, worldly sound.”
Ameriie also announced her engagement to longtime manager Lenny Nicholson.

Seems like someone has been studying Chaldean Numerology. Wise move on Ameriie’s part. Her old spelling filled her life with hard challenges and betrayal. This new spelling is very fortunate.
