Tobias Bell from South Central L.A. – the guy who was recently captured on tape getting into fist-to-cuffs with the big bad Suge Knight – claims that the fight started after he asked the former Death Row CEO whether he killed Tupac … And that’s when Suge flipped out.

But according to T.B. (the alias Bell goes by), he was completely caught off-guard by the sudden outburst – and now he wants to settle the score … for good.

T.B. tells TMZ he’ll take Suge anytime anywhere — “Staples Center, L.A. Live, wherever” — and this time … he’ll be ready.
