Teen Claims He Was Raped By Large Woman, Said He Couldn’t Get Her Off Him

WINCHESTER — A 20-year-old Ridgeville woman has been accused of overpowering and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.
Shandi R. Reed, 106 E. Second St., was arrested Sunday on preliminary counts of criminal deviate conduct, a Class B felony carrying a standard 10-year prison term; sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class C felony with a standard four-year sentence, and an unrelated count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
