Cable Guy Accused Of Masturbating In Customer’s Living Room!

SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. – Sheriff’s investigators have arrested a Port Charlotte man after a woman says he exposed himself in her home while installing cable.

According to a sheriff’s office report, on July 31st, 31-year-old Shane Wheatley was in the victim’s home to install her Comcast cable and internet. The victim, a 24-year-old female, claims that Wheatley began touching himself through his shorts and she looked away. The next time she looked at him, Wheatley had exposed himself and had begun masturbating while staring at her and smiling.

The victim then left the apartment.

Wheatley later denied any wrongdoing and requested a polygraph to clear his name.But based on the results of the investigation, the sheriff’s office believed they had probable cause to arrest Wheatley for the incident.

He was arrested Tuesday night and charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs
