MTV Bringing Back Yo! MTV Raps

MTV will soon bring back their “YO! MTV Raps” show, which originally aired from 1988 to 1995. On December 4th, MTV2 will air the new special right after their Sucker Free Awards at 11pm. During the show the hosts will watch clips from the original series and discuss interviews with artists like A Tribe Called Quest, Ice Cube and Geto Boys.

With guests including Busta Rhymes, Questlove, Ice-T, Naughty By Nature, Fat Joe and more, former host Ed Lover spoke about it coming back.
