Crunchy Black, a former member of rap icons Three 6 Mafia, has been shot and is currently hospitalized.

Real name Darnell Carlton, there’s few details of how, why or when the incident happened, but the rapper released a picture while laying in a hospital bed recovering.

Black was one of the main contributors to Three 6 Mafia before leaving the Memphis based group in 2006.
