‘Dancing With the Stars’ hoofer Cheryl Burke is breaking her silence on being molested by a family friend when she was 5 years old. It’s a horror she relives daily – and she fears for her safety now that her tormentor is out of prison and roaming the streets.

“It was lots of touching,” Burke, 26, tells People magazine about her molester – a retired mailman who would often pick her up from school and do odd jobs around her family’s house in Atherton, Calif. “He would pull my pants down in his van or he would touch me in the living room while [her caregiver] Ima was in the kitchen cooking,” she says.

The man was eventually arrested after trying to sexually assault Burke’s stepsister and her friend. Burke, who was then 6 years old, testified against him in court. “That was the scariest moment of my life,” she tells People (the issue hits newsstands today). The man was convicted and sentenced to more than 20 years in prison. “I felt disgusted with myself for the longest time,” Burke says, adding that she still recoils when she sees mailmen or vans that look like the van her molester drove.

“I knew what he did was wrong, but I wanted this older man’s affection,” she says. And now that he’s out of prison, Burke is extremely wary. “It creeps me out,” she says. “My worst nightmare is to run into him. Not until he dies will I be able not to worry.”

Burke opens up about the abuse in her new book, “Dancing Lessons,” in which she also discusses abusive boyfriends — including one who beat her with a belt, leaving her with “huge welts.”

LAS VEGAS (AP) – A Las Vegas church pastor has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting two teen boys at his home.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that 57-year-old Billy Eckstine McCurdy of the Revival Temple Church of God in Christ was arrested Friday on 11 sexual abuse charges.

He’s accused of using his position in the church and Bible scriptures to force the boys into sexual relationships with him.

Both boys testified before a grand jury, which indicted McCurdy on Thursday of six counts of sexual assault and five counts of open or gross lewdness.

The indictment came five years after a similar case against him was dropped.

Police say McCurdy has spent a lot of time with young people, including trips to Arizona and California.

Two men were arrested Monday in Union City for their alleged involvement in the sexual molestation of a 10-year-old girl.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Marshal’s Service arrested Danny Lee Arnold, 19. His charges include child molestation, cruelty to children and sexual battery. GBI officers also arrested Danny’s brother Thomas Marcus Arnold, 21, who faces the same charges in addition to aggravated sodomy.

The aunt of the two brothers, Lisa Arnold, 28, was arrested for incest after the GBI found evidence that indicated she had had sex with her two nephews. All three suspects reside in Union City.

The investigation began when the Department of Family and Children Services learned that the 10-year-old victim was pregnant. The victim has since had an abortion.

“A decision such as that one would be between the victim’s family and medical professionals,” said Danette Smith, spokeswoman for DFCS. Smith said her department’s primary job is to maintain the privacy of the victim.

A DNA test was performed to determine which Arnold brother impregnated the girl.

After contacting the Newton County Sheriff’s Office and the GBI on May 3, the officers determined that the incidents occurred in Union City, which is in Fulton County.

According to John Bankhead, spokesman for the GBI, the arresting officers received a tip that the Arnold brothers were at a church in Union City. They were arrested outside the church. Lisa Arnold was arrested in her Union City home. All three suspects were taken to Fulton County jail.

According to a GBI news release, the molestation had been ongoing for several years. The victim is in the care of relatives.

“I don’t know if she’ll ever be OK. Hopefully, the people caring for her now are giving her the love and support she needs,” Bankhead said. “The effects of this will be tremendously traumatic and lifelong.”

Out of the blue, Courtney Love posted a bizarre truth about Britney Spears on her Facebook. The widow of Kurt Cobain claimed that

I have it on first-hand authority. And fight as hard as she is, she still didn’t pull that card. It’s a pride thing I can relate to.”
She added the part where she said she is ready to face legal matters as the consequences of her statement. “They want to play dirty? let’s go! I’m SO not afraid of the little trolls who hit this…who are called lawyers. let’s GO!!”

There is no response yet from Britney’s camp, but they also didn’t make comment when Courtney first took a jab at her. On November 14, Courtney spread a hate message, writing “Just for YOUR amusement; BRITNEY SPEARS! whataa C***, right? LINDSEY LOHAN? wh**e douchebag, RIGHT? Paris HILTON? airhead wh**e, RIGHT? MICHEAL JACKSON<<<<< what a peadophile evil c**t right? yeah /// dude…!”
