1WINCHESTER — A 20-year-old Ridgeville woman has been accused of overpowering and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.
Shandi R. Reed, 106 E. Second St., was arrested Sunday on preliminary counts of criminal deviate conduct, a Class B felony carrying a standard 10-year prison term; sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class C felony with a standard four-year sentence, and an unrelated count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

11-Year-Old Girl Gang Raped At California Park

MORENO VALLEY, Calif. – The last suspect in the gang rape of an 11-year-old girl at a park bathroom was arrested Monday, authorities said.
Michael Sykes, 19, of Moreno Valley, was arrested at a home in that city about 70 miles east of Los Angeles, Riverside County sheriff’s spokeswoman Courtney Donowho said. She had no other details.
