Description: Philadelphia police say a struggle between a naked man and a cop in Olney ended with the officer shooting the suspect to death. Police say Kenyado Newsuan attacked the officer on the 5800 block of Mascher Street at 6 a.m. Sunday. They say even an electric stun gun was used but it couldn't take him down. So, when he grabbed for the cop's gun, police say the officer was forced to fire.
