Description: The father of a 21-year-old pregnant woman's unborn baby has been arrested after her body was found inside a burning apartment, Phoenix police said. Dewandarrius J. Robinson, 21, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of killing his girlfriend, Shaniqua Hall, 21, and her unborn child, police said.
