Description: A Normandy substitute teacher has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon after allegedly threatening a middle school student with a knife. Stanley Covington, 64, a math teacher, is accused of placing a knife against the chest of a student and threatening to stab him, Normandy Police Chief Frank Mininni said.
