Description: A drunken Hollywood man apparently thought a marriage license also provided him license to assault his wife, according to an arrest report. Henry Ramos, 46, spent most of the weekend in jail and appeared in bond court Monday after he was arrested at his residence and charged with domestic violence assault and resisting arrest. In their arrest report, officers wrote that Ramos seemed surprised that his alleged actions were not common practice. "What? You never put your hands on a woman?" Ramos reportedly yelled at police officers. "I can touch my wife any way I want to."
