According to Newser, it was peanut butter that helped 12 men escape from Walker County Jail in Alabama on Sunday night. Sheriff James Underwood says that the escapees convinced a new guard to open a door, after changing the door number with peanut butter. It led outside, where the inmates hopped a 12-foot barbed wire fence to escape. 11 of the 12 inmates have been captured. Reports say that 24-year-old Brady Andrew Kilpatrick, who was jailed for drug offenses, is still at large.
