I’ve seen some lopsided fights before but this looked like a total onslaught. Last week in New Zealand, heavyweight Leamy Tato was called in on late notice to fight Willis Meehan, a far superior fighter. The different levels of skill were apparent immediately but got really bad in the second round. Meehan was delivering some savage blows on Tato so bad, blood even splattered on the ringside camera. Even Meehan realized it was getting out of control and stop punching to yell at the ref to “stop the f**king fight”.
